* Support critical remediation and investigation projects that safeguard communities and ecosystems. 


* Characterize subsurface geology and groundwater conditions to define contaminant fate and transport and shape remedial strategy.

What You’ll Bring 

Required 


* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Engineering (or equivalent experience). 


* 2+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or related field. 


* Working knowledge of field geology and hydrogeology fundamentals: soil and rock description, stratigraphy, groundwater flow, and aquifer behavior.


* Strong commitment to safety and adherence to Health & Safety protocols. 


* Effective communication, analytical, and organizational skills. 


* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility to travel and adapt to changing priorities. 


* Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.   


* Willingness to conduct fieldwork in remote locations and varying weather conditions. 


* This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. 

Preferred 


* Experience performing Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM standards). 


* Groundwater gauging and sampling expertise.


* Experience logging soil and rock cores and preparing boring logs and monitoring well construction diagrams (USCS soil classification).


* 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
