How You Will Make an Impact


* Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues on residential HVAC units to ensure accurate repairs.


* Repair and service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and high-efficiency residential equipment safely.


* Educate homeowners on system status, maintenance needs, and tailored comfort solutions with full transparency.


* Perform thorough system tune-ups and preventative maintenance to optimize system efficiency and longevity.


* Maintain an organized service vehicle stocked with proper inventory to maximize efficient daily workflow.


* Mentor junior technicians in technical troubleshooting and high-standard customer service practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Section 608 Refrigerant Certification.


* Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.


* Proven experience independently troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems in customer homes.


* Strong working knowledge of electrical, combustion, and control systems.


* Excellent customer service and communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and options to homeowners.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 4 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.


* Trade Program or Technical Certification in HVAC technology a plus.


* Service plumbing a plus.
