CNA Job Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, resident-focused care


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
+ Bathing
+ Dressing
+ Grooming
+ Toileting
+ Mobility assistance


* Measure and accurately record vital signs


* Observe and report changes in resident condition


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment


* Support resident dignity, independence, and quality of life


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members


* Follow facility policies and state regulations regarding resident care

CNA Requirements


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred but not required


* New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
