Learning Lead I, Chase Travel

You'll build modern, practical training that helps employees perform at their best from day one.
As an Instructional Designer in Chase Travel, you will partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver scalable, effective training solutions that support consistent, high-quality service.
Job responsibilities
* Partner with stakeholders to identify training gaps and define learning objectives
* Design and develop engaging training materials, including e-learning, instructor-led guides, job aids, and assessments
* Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective, scalable learning experiences
* Refresh and improve training content based on feedback, industry trends, and updates to policies or procedures
* Lead train-the-trainer sessions to support consistent training delivery
* Manage multiple projects at once while delivering high-quality materials on time
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
* Experience developing and improving training in a call center environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience using e-learning platforms to deliver training materials
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Travel industry experience
* Experience using project management practices to plan and deliver training initiatives
