Work You'll Do

As a Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II you will be responsible for ensuring the team's AI systems are built and operated responsibly across projects - currently including a LangGraph-based multi-agent research platform, where you will review for AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, defines and validates human-review/escalation policy, and confirms data-handling practices meet privacy, licensing, and government requirements.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 5+ years of experience in risk based analysis or management, risk governance, or technical compliance


* 2+ years of experience in Generative AI readiness, testing, or risk management


* Active Top Secret security clearance required


* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in Fairfax, VA.


* Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:


* Experience with development of AI Agents or Prompt Engineering
