Quality Claims Analyst
Join our team as a Quality Claims Analyst and help us deliver exceptional quality across our distribution network.
This hands-on role puts you at the heart of our operations, ensuring every product meets the standards our customers expect.
What will you do?
* Drive quality culture across distribution sites through hands-on process control and quality assurance
* Identify logistics and manufacturing issues and coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
* Improve process robustness to minimize quality risks and protect customer satisfaction
* Oversee quality standards for rework and adaptation lines using disciplined change management practices
* Respond to inquirires from Customer Service, build claims packets, research documentation, conduct investigations into OS&D claims.
* Respond to customer complaints using BFO Salesforce
* Create non-conformances related to customer complaints

* Coaching - developing level; supporting team members in adopting quality best practices
