Responsibilities

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

 

Experience: 0–2 years in BPO voice process, experience in healthcare or insurance domain is a plus.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, ability to navigate provider portals.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
