Ihr Profil:
* Ausbildung: Ausbildung zur Immobilienkauffrau, Immobilienfachwirt oder ein relevantes Hochschulstudium im Immobilienbereich - Die Position ist nicht geeignet für Quereinsteiger
* Fachliche Voraussetzungen: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Akquise, Anmietung, dem Ankauf oder der Expansion von Gewerbeimmobilien sowie in der Verhandlung von Miet-, Kauf- und Dienstleistungsverträgen.
Gute Kenntnisse im Management von gewerblichen Immobilien sowie ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis runden Ihr Profil ab.

ERM is hiring Right of Way (ROW) Agents in Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota to support pipeline and electric transmission project efforts.
ROW Agents will be responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits, and other documents necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of facilities.
This is a full-time (40 hours a week), limited-term role with a duration of 12 months, extendable.
