Staff Development Coordinator

Provide monthly scheduling of team members within established state guidelines.

Work closely with the community to establish relationships in local programs.

Establish systems to recruit new team members and retain current team members.

Interview and onboard new team members.

Provide thorough orientation for all new team members.

Perform payroll processing functions.

On-Call Rotation -- one week per month Provide support to leadership team with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Incorporate instructional materials and training aids into existing in-service programs as deemed necessary.

Provide leadership in formulating the goals and objectives of the in-service educational programs.

Other duties as assigned.
