Your day to day

As Marketing Manager at InterContinental Perth City Centre, you will lead the hotel's marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, revenue growth and market share across accommodation, meetings and events, and our three distinctive food and beverage venues. 

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will own the annual marketing plan and budget, delivering integrated campaigns that strengthen the hotel's position as one of Perth's leading luxury hospitality destinations.

You'll oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, CRM, PR, partnerships, website content, OTAs and online listings, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable commercial results. 

Working closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, Food & Beverage and IHG regional teams, you'll turn business objectives into impactful marketing strategies that enhance guest engagement, drive demand and maximise return on investment. 

You will also lead and develop the Marketing Executive, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture while identifying new opportunities to elevate the hotel's profile through strategic partnerships, innovative campaigns and memorable guest experiences.

What we need from you

The successful candidate will have:


* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications.


* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Digital Marketing or Brand Management.


* Hotel, Advertising Agency, Travel Industry system connectivity or a combination of any of the above are highly desirable related experience.


* A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and the content requirements for these channels.


* Excellent project management and proven senior stakeholder relationship skills.


* Strong financial, analytical and business acumen with budget management experience. 


* Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast-paced, challenging & high growth environment. 


* Experience and capability to conduct all leadership involved with managing a small team of others.
