Housekeeper

As a part of Birchwood's Environmental Services team, this role ensures excellent cleanliness standards to all areas of our campus including offices, resident rooms, preparation and staging of rooms for future residents, and other specified areas with the goal to enhance our customer experience by keeping our communities clean and orderly.

Summary of Responsibilities Maintains a clean and neat building interior and exterior, including common areas and resident rooms, parking lot, courtyard, garden, to ensure a safe, odor-free, and comfortable environment.Deliver excellent customer service.Handle reasonable complaints/requests and inform others when required.Responsible for ordering and maintaining required supply levels for housekeeping needs.Assist with resident and household needs including vacant room preparations, furniture arrangement, repairs, picture hangings, and assisting with moves in a timely basis, etc.Assist with all routine and seasonal cleaning as necessary, to include daily trash removal, cleaning windows and screens, etc.
