Veterans Disability Intake Specialist

The Veterans Disability Intake Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal assistance with VA Disability claims and appeal.

This role is responsible for conducting intake interviews, gathering relevant information and documentation, evaluating potential cases based on firm criteria, and ensuring clients receive compassionate, professional service throughout the intake process.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail- oriented, and passionate about serving veterans.

Key Responsibilities: Possess a strong understanding of the Veterans Department's services, eligibility requirements, and the types of VA disability claims the firm represents.Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries from potential clients.Making outbound calls to new leads and follow up calls.Use of case management and completing tasks, etc.

Assess potential cases according to the firms intake guidelines.Request VA Decisions and any other supporting documentation from the veteran.Send and receive documents electronicallyMeet intake goals while providing exceptional customer service.
