As our Commercial Paving Project Manager & Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial bid to project closeout.

You'll be empowered to analyze sites, review blueprints and specifications, develop comprehensive cost estimates, and manage every component necessary for seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis & Estimation: Dive deep into blueprints, specifications, proposals, and site conditions to define the full scope of work.

Prepare accurate takeoffs and quantify requirements for materials, equipment, labor, and production.

• Hands-On Estimating: Create detailed estimates for self-performed work, ensuring precision and clarity in every bid.

• Business Development: Actively cultivate and expand our customer base, leveraging your sales acumen to initiate new opportunities and build enduring relationships.

• Bid Management: Proactively seek out bid opportunities through established networks.

Prepare winning bid packages, analyze subcontractor quotes for projects of varying sizes and complexity.

• Multitasking Excellence: Efficiently manage and bid multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating superior organizational and time management skills.

• Collaborative Consultation: Engage with clients, vendors, the Lead Estimator, and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements, refine estimates, and present compelling proposals.

• Site Engagement: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, update schedules, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resources with the Construction Manager-ensuring project milestones are met and exceeded.
