Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team.

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist in delivering therapeutic services designed to enhance mobility, restore function, and support overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities


* Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist


* Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities


* Accurately document resident progress in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations


* Educate residents and families on prescribed exercises and safety practices


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals


* Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging therapy environment

Qualifications


* Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment


* Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
