Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Designs, plans, develops, and manages a portfolio of HPC/AI management and solution software products through the leadership of a team of software product managers across the full solution lifecycle: from new product definition and enhancements to planning, development, and end-of-life.

Responsible for both building and leading a high-performing product management team and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality product outcomes across the software portfolio.

Management Level Definition:

Leads and manages a team of software product managers responsible for HPC/AI management and solution software.

Contributions impact both team effectiveness and the successful execution of product strategy and delivery across the portfolio.

Applies advanced subject matter expertise to guide, coach, and support product managers in addressing complex business and technical challenges while ensuring alignment to broader product direction.

Recognized as a leader who enables teams to execute effectively and deliver meaningful results.

Balances people leadership and product accountability-setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and ensuring high standards of execution, while also providing direction and oversight on product priorities and roadmap decisions.

Partners closely with Software Architects, Engineering leaders, and other Product Management leaders to ensure alignment between team execution, technical architecture, and product goals.

Exercises independent judgment in team management, prioritization, and resolving complex trade-offs.
