Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Legal Managed Services (LMS), you will work with corporate legal departments of Fortune 1000 and Global 5000 clients.

You will be working with both U.S.

and Global teams and will play a pivotal role in helping them navigate a complex and dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities include


* Review, abstract, draft, redline, negotiate a broad range of commercial contractual agreements, including but not limited to: NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licensing agreements, Software as a Service Agreements, distributions agreements, data protection agreements, marketing agreements, and sponsorship agreements.


* Escalating agreements, as needed, per the contract negotiation playbook.


* Delivery of the above activities in accordance with agreed upon key performance indicators tracking speed, efficiency, and accuracy.


* Build (under guidance of Counsel), review and update contract negotiation playbooks, as necessary.


* Identify process and operational efficiencies within the legal department contracting function.

Qualifications

Required


* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available


* 3+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing general commercial contractual agreements
