Location: San Antonio, TX / Non-Exempt

SS&E owns and operates the San Antonio Spurs (NBA), Austin Spurs (NBA G-League), and the San Antonio FC (USL), and manages day-to-day operations of the Frost Bank Center, Toyota Field, and STAR Complex.

We are looking for Group Sales Season Representatives to join our team! The Spurs Sports & Entertainment Group Sales Season Representative is designed to offer entry-level, qualified candidates the ability to receive hands-on business experience with a professional sports team.

This position will be given an opportunity to work directly with the San Antonio Spurs, dealing with various aspects of the day-to-day operation including marketing, community events, game nights, and general office duties.

Being in Group Sales, the employee will gain experience on the creative side and be involved in meetings where ideas and events are brainstormed and put into action.

This is a part-time, seasonal position that will conclude at the end of the 2025-2026 NBA season.

What You’ll Do: 


* Group Planning & Logistics for all Spurs home games 


* Meeting & Escorting groups on game nights 


* Assistance in executing fan experience packages (FEP’s)- Performance groups, courtside experience, postgame freethrows 


* Assist with redemption tables (Group Sales value ad items) 


* Create Group Sales collateral and flyers 


* Other duties as assigned. 

Who You Are:  


* Currently attending college as a Junior, Senior, or recent graduate, or final year of a technical, vocational, or associate's program


* Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

(20 - 30 hours/week)


* Strong time management skills in order to meet strict deadlines.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary; Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.


* Must have reliable transportation.


* The ability to carry/move/handle boxes up to 25 lbs.


* Self-starter, highly motivated individual.


* Ability to work with all types of people.


* Ability to adapt to changing projects.
