ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Coordinator is an integral part of our site Project Management team in organizing our ongoing projects.
This involves monitoring project plans, schedules, document control, and organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Liaising with owners and stakeholders to find solutions.
The Project Coordinator is the key lead to ensure compliance to all project documentation needs and to ensure project process controls are in place to allow for design compliance, revenue capture, cost control and safety compliance.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
* Document control: fulfilling, maintaining, facilitating, and following up on all RFI and transmittal processes while ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project and projects adhere to frameworks.
* Creating, maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules.
* Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings, including chairing and facilitating meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all project team members.
* Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
* Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required.
* Developing project strategies while ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
* Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
* Assist in correspondence with owner groups, subcontractors, third-party testing agencies, and other project stakeholders.
* Assist in expediting invoicing and receiving progresses from owner and identify any sub-contractors that are restricted (Red/Amber) in Avetta and work with Operations/Contract Admin to rectify the restriction.
* Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
