Tax Senior, Private Equity

Are you a tax professional with experience in partnership taxation who wants to advise major investment management clients on strategic tax and business issues? Work You'll Do

As a Tax Senior, you'll provide tax compliance and advisory services to investment management clients.

You'll analyze complex issues, develop and implement solutions aligned with client objectives, and build trusted relationships through high-quality, practical advice.

You'll perform detailed reviews of tax research, partnership workpapers, allocations, and tax filings.

You'll coordinate with client contacts to gather information needed to complete tax returns and support accurate, timely delivery.

You'll prepare and lead client meetings focused on compliance, tax planning opportunities, and the tax implications of significant transactions.

You'll also train, mentor, and supervise tax professionals at varying experience levels while participating in Deloitte Tax LLP and sector-specific training.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field


* 3+ years' experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work papers and income tax returns


* One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or must be willing and able to obtain:



* Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
