Tax Manager - Private Equity

Work You'll Do

As a Tax Manager, you'll provide tax compliance and advisory services to investment management clients.

You'll analyze complex issues, develop and implement solutions aligned with client objectives, and serve as a trusted advisor through every stage of the engagement.

You'll perform high-level reviews of tax research, partnership workpapers, allocations, and tax filings.

You'll prepare and lead client meetings focused on compliance, tax planning opportunities, and the tax implications of significant transactions.

You'll lead client relationships, manage engagement workflow, oversee billing and profitability, and coordinate resources to deliver high-quality work.

You'll also train, mentor, and supervise Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors, providing feedback, career guidance, and support for their continued development.

In addition to client delivery, you'll contribute to marketplace eminence and pursuit activities that strengthen Deloitte's Investment Management Tax practice and support its growth.
