Do you have a passion for senior living? We are seeking a Director for our Independent Living community in Chattanooga, TN

The independent Living Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our 31 retirement apartment community.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years experience in senior living or healthcare management.


* Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.


* Financial management and budgeting experiencing.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide leadership and supervision to staff.


* Develop and implement programs, activities that support independent living residents


* Responsible for marketing and occupancy efforts.


* Foster a positive resident-centered culture
