Are you ready to shape the future of digital commerce across Western Central Europe? We’re looking for a visionary e-Commerce Lead to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership for our iconic brands across platforms like Amazon and TikTok.

In this role you’ll be responsible for driving the WCE digital commerce strategies, capabilities and governance, and social commerce and integrate best practices, plans, partnerships and scale investments across markets.

Key responsibilities:


* As part of the enterprise initiative, represent & lead the development of e-Commerce strategic vision partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy departments;


* Working with marketing and shopper teams, translate the digital marketing strategies into the digital shelf implementation;


* Develop & deploy a capability building program designed to elevate the digital acumen of the organization across WCE;


* Monitor and benchmark competitor activities in e-Commerce and introduce products and services that position K-C ahead of the competition;


* Ensure alignment and, effective / efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing with K-C’s global, digital marketing stakeholders as it relates to the above areas;


* Deploy needed tools for monitoring, analyzing and reporting progress with e-commerce across country following KC guidelines of CRISP;


* Coordinate negotiations for global agreements with key e-Commerce accounts and lead the top-to-top negotiations with Amazon in WCE;


* Inspire and Influence Business Leaders to drive e-Commerce acceleration within the organization by collaborating with key stakeholders across DTS, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and others;


* Take charge of project planning, execution, and ongoing progress related to global e-Commerce strategies with full accountability for achieving results and ensuring timely deliverance;


* Work closely with global and market cross-functional teams as e-Commerce leaders, business and sales teams, and VP-level stakeholders to build, manage, and execute strategic workstreams;


* Implement social commerce structure across markets to capture more recent TikTok Shop and other companies engagements as first adopters in the categories, assuring market leadership in the channel;
