客房主管
【岗位职责】
1、负责客房部日常运营管理,确保客房清洁、布草更换、物品补充等工作符合酒店标准
2、制定并执行客房清洁计划,监督客房服务员的工作质量与效率
3、检查客房卫生状况及设施设备完好性,及时处理客人的特殊需求与投诉
4、负责客房用品库存管理,控制成本并定期提交采购申请
5、培训新员工,提升团队服务技能与工作效率
6、协调与其他部门的沟通合作,确保客房服务流程顺畅
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店客房服务相关工作经验,有主管经验者优先
2、熟悉客房清洁流程、标准及卫生安全规范
3、具备较强的团队管理能力与沟通协调能力
4、工作细致认真,能承受一定的工作压力
