Position Summary Provides janitorial/housekeeping services on a daily basis at designated sites.
Essential Duties (Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.) 1.
Maintains a clean environment by performing daily and scheduled tasks as required by the contract.

Tasks include but are not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, emptying trash and replacing can liner, sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping and glass cleaning.
3.
Monitors the use of supplies and request additional supplies as needed using a just in time inventory system.
Supervisory Responsibilities The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance High School Diploma / GED not required.
Previous experience is helpful but not required.
Will train.
No professional certifications are required for this position.
The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.
The associate in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.
Additionally, must be able to pass a federal background check as required.
No computer skills are required.

The associate may be required to provide assistance with snow removal.
The associate must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as business needs dictate.
