General Responsibilities:
Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
* Electrical and Plumbing
* A/C, Boiler and Heating Systems
* Performs all needed repairs to ensure that quality standards are met prior to resident occupancy
* Maintains on-call report and log of service calls
* Paint, Window treatments, appliances, lighting, toilet/vanity replacement, and other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:

The behavioral health services will aim to promote recovery and stability for community living.
Program Information: The Housing Supportive Services Program (HSSP) is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals.
HSSP services are provided as part of an integrated model in which the Los Angeles County (LAC or County) Department of Mental Health (Department or DMH), Department of Health Services (DHS), and Department of Public Health (DPH) partner to respectively provide mental health services, intensive case management services (ICMS) and substance use services, as appropriate, to clients who are in or have been matched to PSH.
The integration of services provided to clients is expected to decrease incarcerations, homelessness, hospitalizations, and frequent visits to psychiatric emergency rooms.
Core Duties And Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic services to clients and their families in the community.Triage individual cases to determine appropriateness for agency services.Perform clinical evaluations.Coordinate services for cases assigned in collaboration with local agencies.Provide individual, family and/or group therapy to clients and their families as appropriate.
Provide rehabilitation, collateral, and case management services as clinically appropriate.Attend clinical and administrative supervision meetings as assigned.Attend and participate in all in-service training as necessary.Responsible for timely completion of documentation in the clients clinical record per Enki, Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and legal requirements.Responsible for meeting assigned minimum billing requirements on a monthly basis.A clinician may be assigned cases from ongoing programs based on the needs of the clinic and its clients.Other duties as assigned.Comply with all Company policies and procedures as applicable.
