Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor Start Your Journey with Midas Hospitality: Midas Hospitality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping team.
This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experience by maintaining high cleanliness standards, supporting daily housekeeping operations, and assisting with the supervision and development of housekeeping associates.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching a team, maintaining hotel standards, and ensuring every guest room and public area reflects the quality and hospitality our guests expect.
What You Will Be Doing: As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments while ensuring compliance with hotel, brand, and Midas Hospitality standards.
Responsibilities include: Assist with planning, organizing, and supervising the daily activities of the housekeeping team.Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with quality standards.Train, coach, and hold housekeeping associates accountable to departmental expectations and performance standards.Create daily room assignments and communicate special requests, VIP arrivals, and priority areas to team members.Assist with scheduling and adjust staffing levels based on occupancy and business demands.Support the laundry operation and monitor productivity and quality standards.Maintain accurate room status communication with the Front Office team.Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, stocking, and controlling housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment.Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain established par levels.Ensure team members follow safety, security, lost and found, key control, and emergency procedures.Identify and report maintenance concerns within guest rooms and hotel facilities.Assist with implementing hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and sanitation guidelines.Support accident prevention and workplace safety initiatives.Provide excellent guest service by responding to guest questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms or public spaces, when business demands require additional support.Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by hotel leadership.

We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team in Colorado Springs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of manufactured metal products from our production facility to customer and vendor locations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Operate commercial motor vehicles in support of shipping and receiving operations
* Load and unload truck independently using a pallet jack
* Verify load accuracy against invoices and shipping documentation
* Secure cargo using straps, chains, binders, or other approved devices
* Conduct and document pre trip and post trip inspections
* Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
* Maintain Hours of Service logs and complete paper logs when required
* Utilize Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs)
* Complete bills of lading and proof of delivery documentation
* Maintain cleanliness and care of assigned vehicle
* Report delays, mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
* Knowledge of DOT transportation regulations
* Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely
