Position Summary: The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support across all functional areas of the department while serving as a trusted resource to employees and leaders.
This role administers and supports employee relations, benefits administration, leave management (including FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation), performance management, policy interpretation, compliance, and other day-to-day Human Resources operations.
The Senior Human Resources Generalist partners closely with leadership to ensure the consistent application of Company policies, maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, and foster a positive, collaborative, and productive workplace.

Work you'll do
