The Riverside County Emergency Management Department (EMD) is seeking applicants to fill vacancies for the Supervising Emergency Medical Services Coordinator position within the Emergency Medical Services Division in Riverside.
The incumbents will have a 9/80 schedule with the opportunity for a hybrid arrangement that combines in-office and telecommuting days based on department needs, and must also be available to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays on-site during emergency/disaster-related operations or as needed.
The Supervising Emergency Medical Services Coordinator will assist the County Emergency Medical Systems (EMS) Administrator in the planning, administration, development, and operations of the Riverside County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system; interface with the EMD staff, public safety agencies, educational institutions, medical community, advisory boards and commissions, and regulatory bodies as needed to ensure that EMS system goals and objectives are implemented accordingly.
Operationally, the incumbent will oversee the Emergency Medical Dispatch program, permitting and licensing activities, and provider and stakeholder coordination.
Administratively, the incumbent will oversee the licensing and credentialing team, county contracts and agreements with government and private partners, as well as oversee invoices, billing, and grants.
The incumbent may also represent the department at governmental meetings and may act on behalf of the County EMS Administrator in their absence; and performs other related duties as required.
The department seeks candidates with a strong background in emergency medical operations and administration, supported by extensive lead or supervisory experience.

The Finance Data Office is a strategic enabler within the enterprise, ensuring that finance data and processes deliver consistency, efficiency, and insight to support growth and transformation.
This is a global leadership role, overseeing teams in the U.S.
and India (GCC), with enterprise-wide influence across Finance and related functions.
The Director will act as a change champion, breaking silos, embedding consistency and standards, and driving innovation in the way finance work gets done.
Key Responsibilities
Process Re-engineering & Transformation
* Lead large-scale re-engineering of core finance processes including accelerated close, allocations, planning & forecasting, and reconciliations.
* Drive standardization, consistency, and automation across finance processes, working in close alignment with global and regional teams.
* Partner with the AI & Analytics lead and the Finance Data Strategy lead to identify and implement opportunities for AI, data, and technology-enabled forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent automation, and strategic process transformation.
* Implement best practices in process governance, control, and scalability to support sustainable growth.
Change Management & Adoption
* Develop and catalyze change management strategies that drive business adoption, culture change, and employee empowerment.
* Foster collaboration across Finance, Technology, and Business Units to ensure buy-in and alignment on new processes.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement, equipping teams with tools and mindsets to embrace transformation.
* Measure and communicate the impact of change initiatives to executive stakeholders.
Leadership & Collaboration
* Lead and inspire a global team, driving accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
* Serve as a key leader within the Finance Forward program, ensuring that finance transformation initiatives are delivered with quality and impact.
* Build strong partnerships with the CFO organization, Enterprise Data leaders, and Finance Business Partners to align re-engineering efforts with enterprise strategy.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on change readiness, process performance, and transformation outcomes.
Qualifications
* 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance operations, transformation, or process excellence, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

This role is pivotal in translating business priorities into clear, actionable deliverables, supporting prioritization, and enabling value realization across delivery strategy and CDP initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable deliverables.
* Document the ask, goals, requirements, measurable outcomes, and success criteria for each initiative.
* Provide analysis to support prioritization, value realization, and trade-off decisions.
* Identify and align with cross-functional teams required to deliver on strategic deliverables.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,200 - 125,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
