The Maintenance Worker is responsible for regular preventative maintenance of large industrial textile processing equipment, as well as facility maintenance.
Assists the Maintenance Technician and/or Chief Engineer as required.
This position reports to the Chief Engineer.

GENERAL SUMMARY: Assists with application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches and new raw materials. Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis. Prepares and communicates variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality. Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects in D365. Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.

Advise batchmaker of any necessary adjustments to apply to product batch

Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications

Consult with QC manager on products more than 10% out of product specifications

What You'll Bring
* Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment—both physically and mentally—for yourself, your colleagues, and customers
* Valid Class A commercial driver's license with Tanker Endorsement
* Arvig certification on driving and operating the vac truck
* At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment, meeting the qualifications of a Heavy Equipment Operator II

* Proficient with safely operating heavy equipment, specifically a hydrovac truck, around utilities, people, structures, and traffic

Primary Function

Strong understanding of the environmental and land development regulatory framework and experience interacting with regulators and construction administration of public and private land development projects.
Primary Duties
* Assist or lead the preparation of reports, opinions, and recommendations for the benefit of the Client
* Manage large complex projects from concept design through design development and final design
* Lead junior engineers on various types of projects while providing mentorship to staff to maintain a high-performing team

Education and Experience Requirements

Primary Function
Manages the full life cycle (proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of surveying projects for Ardurra.
This includes managing all activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
The Project Manager’s overall objective is to build and maintain a positive client relationship, and to achieve or exceed the estimated profit margin for the project.

* Participates in project costing and bid preparation to the extent required
* Writing proposals and negotiating with government agencies
* Reviews assigned project(s) after award to determine work procedures/sequences, develop schedules, budgets, and billing
* Establishes contractor-client liaison network to keep all interested parties informed of project planning, start date, and work progress
* Oversees field crew work and CAD drafting work and sees that responsibilities are assigned, and execution of tasks are begun and completed according to schedule
* Review, sign / seal, and delivery of survey product consistent with state statutes, client expectations and best surveying procedures and practices
* Maintains a continuing business relationship with major clients

* Estimate time and costs for project completion

Education and Experience Requirements
* Professional Land Surveyor license required
* Degree with survey related courses preferred
* 7+ years of experience required
