Position Summary
ALL Crane Service has an opportunity for a Sander & Surface Prepper to work on mobile cranes, heavy duty trucks, trailers, and various construction related equipment in a body shop environment.
Prior exposure to painting processes is a plus.
Prefer local candidates or those willing to relocate.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits.
Essential Functions
* Sand and prepare equipment, product and assemblies for painting
* Assemble and inspect finished product ensuring work meets company quality standards
* Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other applicable regulations
Skills and Experience Requirements
* Has extensive knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures in sanding and surface preparation for painting operations
* Able to use sanders, grinders, wire wheels and other hand tools
* Able to work with and around spray paints requiring use of a respirator or fresh air system
* Must be able to stand, and walk around for long periods of time
* Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on heavy construction equipment to gain access to different areas
* Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds

POSITION PURPOSE
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for sustaining and improving the Dayton facility’s manufacturing performance by providing technical leadership to enable the plant to optimize capacity and capabilities of key processes and equipment.

The Electrical Service Technician (Contact Voltage Field Inspector) is given a circuit map for a specific geographic area for our client in which to conduct their testing and inspection.
Each map identifies the Electric Distribution facilities owned by our client in which inspection and testing is to be conducted on an annual basis. The job function follows specific testing guidelines as set forth by the NY PSC.
Utilizing the circuit map the inspector needs to test all metallic objects attached to a utility pole/structure for stray voltage using a HD LV-5 low voltage detector. A series of field audit questions are then entered into a handheld PDA GPS device to capture information required by the client. A typical inspection takes approximately 1-5 minutes to complete depending on the number of electrical attachments located at each structure.
Items needed to be carried are as follows:
* Trimble handheld PDA
* HD LV-5 Low Voltage detector
* Fluke electrical test meter and leads
* Ground Rod and Ground Reel
* Cell Phone (company provided)

* Train, educate, and support combined CT/Heart Failure programs on the proper use of the Impella 5.5 with SmartAssist
* Full customer immersion (ie.
input on patient selection and subsequent surgical support) within 5.5 sites to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Train, educate and, provide support in conjunction with the Medical Office and Engineering team to support EFS/PMA efforts and full commercialization of the BTR pump and future Surgical and Heart Failure focused technologies.
* Device expertise and support on Impella 5.0/ LD in order to assist with the adoption of the full portfolio beyond 5.5 commercial launch responsibilities.
