Electrician

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and power infrastructure across existing company facilities and facilities under construction.

This position performs skilled electrical work to ensure electrical systems are installed and maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.

Essential Job Functions The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to: Oversee and perform conduit installation and electrical wiring for industrial and residential facilities.Install, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical circuits, control panels, and electrical boxes, including replacing fuses and resetting circuit breakers.Obtain all necessary permits and authorizations before beginning electrical work.Inspect electrical connections and installations to ensure they are safe and ready for operation.Respond to call-ins and perform emergency electrical work as requested.Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of generators.Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and other heavy equipment as needed.Install and run electrical wiring and conduit at elevated heights.Operate ladders, aerial devices, and other equipment necessary to complete assigned work.Follow all applicable electrical codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC).Follow all company safety policies and procedures and promote a strong safety culture.Perform other duties as assigned.
