Southwestern Health Resources is looking for a highly skilled Senior Clinical Informatics Business Analyst

Work Location: Southwestern Health Resources Headquarters, Hybrid: 1601 Lyndon B.

Johnson Freeway, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.

Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)

Identify trends, anomalies, and unexpected changes in clinical data volume or performance coming from EHR systems.

Partner with Clinical Informatics to determine whether identified variation reflects a technical defect, clinical workflow, documentation practice, or true performance difference.

Translate clinical and business requirements into actionable specifications for analytics, IT, vendors, and data-science teams 20%
Partner with Medical Economics and Data Analytics to identify and measure clinical, utilization, quality, and financial opportunities.

Lead regression testing following changes to connectors, mappings, transformations, measures, dashboards, patient lists, or platform configurations.

Communicate data limitations, risks, findings, and recommendations clearly to clinical, operational, and executive audiences.

EducationBachelor's Degree health informatics, data science, analytics, statistics, , public health, healthcare administration, or a related field Req Or Master's Degree health informatics, data science, analytics, statistics, , public health, healthcare administration, or a related field PrefExperience5 Years Progressive healthcare experience, including at least three years in data informatics, healthcare analytics, data integration, quality measurement, population health, SQL, Business Intelligence platforms, data quality methodologies, healthcare standards, or related disciplines.

Req 7 Years Experience with population health management tools, value-based care programs, clinically integrated networks, HEDIS, or similar quality and performance improvement initiatives preferred.

PrefSkills Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving practices, analysts, IT teams, vendors, and clinical leaders.
