Job responsibilities


* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions


* Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.


* Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals


* Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


* Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.


* Drive vulnerability remediation programs by coordinating with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to prioritize, track, and close out identified vulnerabilities within required SLAs.


* Collaborate with engineering teams to embed lifecycle and vulnerability management practices into regular SDLC and release planning processes.


* Partner with engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to drive adoption of standardized SDLC processes, tooling, and best practices.


* Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks that could impact delivery timelines or code quality.
