Your Job
INVISTA is currently seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Operations IT Run Team.
The Systems Analyst will be part of a multi-discipline team that supports the lifecycle of INVISTA's global operations and laboratory applications.
You will build strong working partnerships with site operations, quality, and technology teams across the globe to deliver reliable, high-performing systems and outstanding user experience.
If you love solving problems and want to help create value by accelerating our transformation, come join us.
The location for this role is Wichita, KS, at INVISTA's headquarters.
To support onboarding and integration with the team, new team members will initially work on-site full time for several months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
This position participates in a shared on-call rotation for critical operations systems and includes up to 10% travel to INVISTA sites for support, deployments, and collaboration with local teams.
What You Will Do
* Provide application support across the lifecycle, driving enhancements, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis, along with incident response, to keep business-critical systems reliable and available
* Monitor system health and performance, and help meet availability and reliability targets for production systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical and process issues, including those that originate outside the application layer, such as connectivity, certificates, or infrastructure, and contribute to documented best practices that make the team stronger
* Deploy and manage changes to the environment, such as new components, configurations, and releases, and monitor and maintain the integrations that move data between systems
* Coordinate with infrastructure, network, database, and security teams to implement patches and upgrades, and keep users informed about activities, status, timelines, and issues
* Work with sites across multiple regions and time zones, partnering with local lab and operations teams to understand needs and prioritize work
* Resolve complex issues that require significant independent judgment and collaboration across multiple teams, such as operational technology (OT), architecture, engineering, project teams, and site operators
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience supporting, deploying, or managing software applications in an enterprise environment
* Experience diagnosing and resolving production issues in enterprise applications, including identifying root cause when the issue spans multiple systems or teams
* Experience gathering requirements and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver iterative improvements
* Experience providing status updates or documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences (for example, incident communications, change notices, or project status reports)
* This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
