EPM/ERP Functional or Technical Manager

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies.

You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value.

Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do


* Support finance transformation initiatives, connecting finance strategy and business needs to EPM/ERP functional and technical solutions.


* Assess finance processes, requirements, data, and systems; identify opportunities to improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, and controls.


* Translate stakeholder needs into functional designs, process flows, user stories, configuration specifications, and technical requirements.


* Support solution configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, deployment, and issue resolution across EPM/ERP implementations.


* Collaborate with finance, technology, and client teams to manage workplans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder communications.


* Develop presentations, process documentation, training materials, and recommendations; support user adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 6+ years experience with EPM or ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or related planning and financial management tools


* Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role


* Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:


* Experience with system configuration, integrations, data migration, report development, or testing.
