In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Charge Nurse - LPN.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Supervise and direct the daily activities of nursing staff, including CNAs and support personnel Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, report changes to physicians and RNs Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance during critical situations Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards Assist with staffing assignments, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed Mentor and support nursing staff to promote professional development and quality care Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
