Manejo de Microsoft Office y Copilot IA

Responsibilities

ACTIVIDADES

Auditorias al 100% de expedientes y respectivo registro de incidencias en altas

Auditoria de HC de información capturada Sistema

Seguimiento a reportes y documentos en Sharepoint

Graficas para medir actividades realizadas por el equipo y las incidencias ocurridas.

Graficas de incidencias de reclutamiento y nóminas.

Revisión de cuentas de banco reflejadas correctamente en HC y seguimiento a PD por incidencia en cuentas.

Actualización de guías en el reporte de pedido de KITS - PLAYERAS

Monitoreo de distribución de actividades entre las analistas .

Gráficas de actividades e incidencias por analista.
