Facilities & Maintenance Technician

WHAT WE NEED: Facilities & Maintenance Technician We are seeking a reliable Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support general office maintenance and assist with basic electrical work.

This role ensures the office environment is safe, functional, and ready for daily operations.

Responsibilities General Office Maintenance Perform routine office maintenance including minor repairs, furniture adjustments, door/lock hardware, patching/painting, and basic plumbing fixes.Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.Conduct preventive maintenance and report larger repair needs.Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and tools.Utilize the maintenance ticket system to review and respond to requests from employees for maintenance.Receiving inventorying and stocking of supplies for multiple buildings.Assist with vehicle fleet maintenance including, but not limited to, gas fill-up and coordinating general maintenance.Upkeep of additional storage spaces.Assist with moving office furniture and office set up as needed.Perform routine inspections of the facilities, identify and address maintenance needs promptly.Pick up and deliver items as requested.Assist with set up of company events both on-site and off-site.

Electrical Support (a plus) Assist with basic electrical work such as replacing outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, ballasts, and LED drivers (within scope of qualifications).Troubleshoot simple electrical issues related to power, lighting, and equipment.Follow all safety procedures and report electrical hazards.

WHO WE NEED: Previous experience in office or facilities maintenance.Basic electrical knowledge or background.Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and maintenance procedures.Good communication and customer service skills.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.Familiarity with low-voltage cabling and AV connections.Experience with control 4 preferred.

Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
