Work you'll do

As the Global IAM Sailpoint Engineer, your responsibilities will include:



* SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting


* SailPoint IIQ development and implementation
+ Application Onboarding and support
+ Lifecycle Management
+ PAM Integration
+ Account Creation and onboarding


* Vulnerability management (e.g.

patching)


* Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g.

feasibility)


* Effort estimation & project planning


* Directing development resources assigned


* Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues


* Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.


* Vendor Management (e.g.

submitting support tickets and follow-up)


* Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams

Qualifications

Do you possess the following?:



* Analytical problem-solving capabilities


* Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight


* Strong communication skills for employees above and below


* Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)


* Quicklink/Form/Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance


* SCIM API Experience


* Web Services Connector Experience


* Database (JDBC) Connector Experience


* Strong BeanShell/Java


* Certification and Access Review


* Access Request Support


* Experience managing and IT, IAM, or IIQ platform as a supervisor or manager


* Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture


* Eligible to meet U.S.

Federal security requirements; available for on-call 24x7 support
