Payroll & A/P Manager

This is a full-time hybrid position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week and an office base of Greensboro or Burlington, NC.

AuthoraCare Collective is a nonprofit hospice, palliative care, and home health organization serving patients and families across North Carolina.

Our Finance team supports the financial integrity of our mission, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong internal controls so our organization can continue to serve those who need us most.

Position Summary AuthoraCare Collective is seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance team.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in payroll administration and demonstrated leadership experience.

Our ideal candidate brings hands-on payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and support a team.

Previous Accounts Payable experience is not required, as training can be provided.

Reporting to the Controller, this position oversees payroll processing, accounts payable operations, and claims-related functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of financial responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who takes initiative, solves problems, and works effectively with department leaders and executive leadership.
