Workday OCM Communications Consultant - TS/SCI (Polygraph eligible)

Work You'll Do

As a Project Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation o n the project, you will:


* Develop and execute the communications approach for a Workday implementation, aligned with program milestones and change-management activities.


* Define audience segments, develop key messages, and maintain an editorial calendar for program communications.


* Create communications materials across channels, including email and intranet copy, newsletters, frequently asked questions (FAQs), toolkits, and leader talking points.


* Partner with the OCM Lead, program leadership, project management office (PMO), and functional leads to translate Workday design decisions into clear, actionable stakeholder communications.


* Coordinate communications logistics, including distribution lists, publishing cadence, feedback loops, and engagement metrics; revise content and delivery approaches based on results.


* Manage communications risks, content-review processes, and approval workflows for a government or higher education implementation environment.
