FREE Black Card Membership Job Summary The Member Service Shift Leader will be responsible for leading and providing direction to ensure execution of fundamentals when a manager is not present as well as creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Overnight, additional Job Summary and Objective: In addition, you will be responsible for closing that days shift for that business day.

You will also be primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.
