We are searching for the best talent for a District Business Manager to join our J&J Vision team.

The district for this position will include Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Eastern Washington.

This is a remote position with the ideal candidate residing in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT.

Purpose:

The District Business Manager (DBM) has full responsibility for delivering and executing the district's business strategy and tactics, developing strong business relationships with partners, people development and building a balanced talent pipeline.

The DBM is responsible for the Surgical Vision business within the assigned district and will collaborate closely with other functional partners to achieve aligned goals.
