Job Summary As an Operator Level 1, you will operate and maintain production machinery to support optimal performance and product quality while following safety, regulatory, and company standards.

This hands-on role includes routine cleaning, preventive maintenance support, performance data collection, basic troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

You will collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime, improve operational efficiency, and support training for new and existing operators.

Success in this fast-paced production environment requires teamwork, clear communication, reliability, and a positive, proactive approach.

Primary Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to) Machinery Operation & Maintenance Operate and clean equipment to support optimal performance and product quality.Perform routine checks, collect performance data, and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.Maintain accurate logs of operational activities and downtime events.Assist in organizing and storing tools, parts, and materials to support an efficient workflow.

Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting Collaborate with technicians on scheduled cleanings, inspections, and minor repairs.Identify potential equipment breakdowns and initiate corrective action promptly.Monitor parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers or procurement for replenishment.Review and update maintenance schedules and procedures to reflect best practices.
