What will you do?


* Direct and manage multiple accounting teams to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with local regulations


* Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, receivable, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting


* Make independent decisions on complex financial matters and recommend impactful changes to processes and policies


* Set strategic direction for your teams in alignment with organizational objectives and drive long-term financial performance

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Proven leadership ability to manage and inspire large teams toward operational excellence


* Strong analytical skills to address complex, non-recurring problems and develop innovative solutions


* Strategic thinking with the ability to align team goals with broader business priorities


* Sound judgment in making decisions that impact functional and cross-functional areas


* Fluent in English, French or Dutch is a plus
