Production Associate

Job Title: Production Associate Job Purpose: As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the efficient and smooth production of goods.

You will work as part of a team assembling and manufacturing products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time to our customers.

This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Reports To: Production Supervisor Location: Onsite- Monticello Location Department: Operations Classification: Non-exempt, Full Time, Operations Job Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of work ethics.

Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

Report any machine malfunctions, maintenance needs, quality concerns, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and ensure a cohesive and harmonious work environment.

Effective communication is essential for success.

Verify product is within quality specifications.

Retrieve necessary product needed for task.

Read and accurately interpret measurements using a tape measure.

Read and interpret work orders.

Performs other duties as required.
