Knowledge Sharing Systems Manager

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work you'll do

As a Project - Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Operations Transformation team, you will:


* Operationalizing approved Knowledge Management (KM) processes within the surface maintenance and modernization environment.


* Bringing surface maintenance and modernization expertise into KM process development and continuous improvement.


* Validating that KM processes are practical, usable, and aligned with Project Team and waterfront workflows.


* Translating KM process requirements into operational and system implementation requirements.


* Coordinating with the Metrics Lead to ensure KM processes generate the information needed to measure performance and adoption.


* Coordinating with the Communication Lead to ensure users receive the information needed to understand and execute KM processes.


* Identifying operational, system, communication, and measurement barriers to effective knowledge sharing and recommending improvements to the KMSO.
