PMO OCM Analyst

Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance.

Work You'll Do

As a PMO OCM Analyst on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will be responsible for:


* Translating complex project data and information into actionable insights, status updates, and client recommendations


* Developing clear, concise, and client-ready PowerPoint presentations, briefings, and written communications


* Coordinating PMO activities, including scheduling, meeting preparation, milestone tracking, action-item follow-up, and management of assigned deliverables


* Supporting client workshops, meetings, events, and site visits, including logistics, facilitation materials, and follow-up activities


* Collaborating on cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution while building consulting and delivery skills

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 1+ years of experience in supporting change management, communications, or training activities, including stakeholder communications, written content development, and/or workshop facilitation support


* 1+ year of experience supporting project management office initiatives, including synthesizing complex project information, maintaining milestone and dependency track...
