💰 Compensation


* Starting Pay: $26-$32/hour (based on experience)


* 🌙 $3/hour Weekday Night Shift Differential


* 🎉 $4/hour Weekend Shift Differential (Saturday & Sunday)

🩺 What You'll Do

✨ Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents with compassion and professionalism
✨ Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
✨ Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN and physician
✨ Accurately document care provided in the medical record
✨ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes
✨ Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
✨ Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while providing exceptional customer service

✅ What We're Looking For


* Current South Carolina LPN license


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus


* Excellent assessment and communication skills


* Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
