Expeditor- BrewTop Social- Seattle Airport- Part Time

Essential Duties/Responsibilities



* Coordinates with kitchen and service staff to ensure food orders are prepared, organized, and delivered to guests accurately and within established service time standards.


* Verifies that all food items are accounted for and that orders meet quality, presentation, and accuracy standards before delivery.


* Delivers food and beverages to guests promptly while providing Superior Guest Service.


* Communicates effectively with kitchen and service team members regarding order status, missing items, special requests, and other service needs.


* Helps maintain an efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area.


* Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, including promptly addressing spills and other potential safety hazards.


* Performs assigned cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the shift.


* Follows all safe food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices.


* Follows workplace safety procedures when using or working around equipment and immediately reports equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.


* Follows management direction and supports the restaurant team as operational needs require.


* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Previous Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred; one to three months of related restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and workplace communications.

Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management in individual and small-group settings.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, verbal, or diagram form and appropriately respond to routine workplace situations.
